It all starts with the poreclain paste that is prepared by skilled craftsmen in Manufacture de Monaco's own workshop. The bowls and vases are then being thrown on the potters wheel and shaped one by one.

The first firing enables the porous porcelain to absorb the glaze before a second, high temperature, firing. A special technique is then applied to finish the pieces with this extraodinary relief.
